ABOUT ME 

My name is Barrington Harvey, Jr. and I am from New York City. Growing up in the Big Apple has given me a deep appreciation for food of various cultures. And as a food safety professional, I value the ability to marry great food with safe food. I am passionate about giving food service establishments the tools to thrive and produce food that amazes the world.
